For Postage & Packaging within Australia we charge a flat-rate fee of: $10 per order
For Postage & Packaging to New Zealand we charge a flat-Rate fee according to the weight that makes up your whole order.
We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days.
Australia Post Regular Parcel- Australia Post Express Parcel
If you require additional services to the standard services provided by Australia Post such as insurance or a signature on delivery, you will need to advise us in the ‘notes’ field of your order. Costs for these additional services will be invoiced to you.
Tracking Numbers: Will be issued as part of the processing of your order and can be viewed by clicking on the link provided.
Flat-Rate Fee To New Zealand per order:
$17.00 up to 500g
$24.00 up to 1kg
$34.00 up to 2kg
International customers will also be issued with a shipping number.The purchaser is responsible for ensuring their purchases meet customs regulations for their country.BORN AGAIN BOHO will not be responsible for customs duty charged or refusal of entry of your order.
Processing Time: Please note that Australia Post offer EXPRESS postage which means that your transit time is faster if this option is selected BUT here at BORN AGAIN BOHO we process each order in the order they are received regardless of your postage method selection. In busy times or if you select custom items, the processing of your order can take up to 10 business days. Please allow for weekends when the Post Office is closed.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened, and/or used products. We do not accept exchanges or cancellations of orders due to change of mind so please choose carefully as we cannot be held responsible if you change your mind on a certain item.
We also do not accept cancellations of Custom orders or Sale items.
We aim to dispatch orders, once payment is received within 3 working days. please contact us if you have a problem with your order. If you need to change anything in your order, contact us urgently via email (within 24 hours of order placement) We cannot change an order or cancel it once it has been dispatched.
If the products you ordered arrive damaged, we are sorry to hear this.
We do our best to pack them safely, but on the odd occasion parcels can get dropped or damaged en-route.pLease notify us immediately viA email, including a photo of the damage, attached to the email.
If you send these products back to us within 14 days of receiving them, we will offer you an exchange or a full refund where possible, after we have received the return.We will on this occasion reimburse you for the postage of sending these items back, which will be done at the same time the refund or exchange is given.Our return postal address will be given out to you on the request of the return.
